Our company is a joint-stock enterprise with fixed assets of 38.1 million yuan,110 employees,an average age of 30,and 30 management personnel,senior technicians,and engineering technicians with college degrees or above.Our company has excellent processing technology,strong technical and equipment strength,high-precision metal cutting equipment,complete testing methods,and can independently process and produce finished products without leaving the factory after the raw materials of the coiling shaft arrive.We are a manufacturer of steel strip,aluminum strip,and copper strip coiling shafts,which are the core components of coiling machines.
On the foreign front:The company has its own export trading company(Jiyuan Shenzhou Industrial Co.,Ltd.).Since the decline of the domestic market in 2013,our company has focused on developing the foreign market and improving our own quality to achieve a single product inspection pass rate.The product has been successfully exported to countries such as the United States,Japan,South Korea,Finland,India,and Pakistan.
Domestically,we have established long-term cooperative relationships with Zhongse Technology,Zhuoshen Company,Xizhong Institute,Antai Technology,Beijing Machinery Industry Automation Research Institute,Guangdong Guanbang Technology.Supporting production for more than 20 design units including Wuhan Shanli,Northern Heavy Industry,Chengda,Shanghai Tianzhong,Zhenjiang Hongye,Ouda Yichang,Zhenjiang Dingsheng,etc.The product has been put into use in major aluminum and steel plants in China.
