Innovative Reel Support Structure

To ensure manufacturing and assembly accuracy, we have independently developed a range of specialized machining and measurement tools for core components and designed highly efficient dedicated assembly jigs and fixtures. In-plant full-process motion testing
To ensure that your equipment can be put into stable production immediately upon delivery, we have established a comprehensive test platform at our factory to conduct full-process motion-simulation tests on every unwind/rewind machine. This means that before the equipment arrives at your facility, it has already undergone a “dress rehearsal” under simulated real-world production conditions, guaranteeing reliable performance right from the start and enabling seamless commissioning and immediate production launch. In this way, we minimize your equipment commissioning cycle and help you stay on schedule with your production plan.
